JOB TITLE:

· BPM TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

DUTIES:

· DEVELOP BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT (BPM) SOLUTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS.

· CAPTURE BUSINESS OBJECTIVES AND PROCESSES AND DESIGN AND DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE APPLICATION/SOLUTION.

· IDENTIFY AND REPLACE MANUAL PROCESSES AND EXCHANGE OF DATA WITH AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM.

· DESIGN ENTERPRISE CLASS STRUCTURE.

· IMPLEMENT BEST DESIGN PATTERNS AND CODING TO ADAPT FOR FUTURE CHANGES.

· ASSIST WITH PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION OF THE APPLICATION AND PHASE WISE APPROACH OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION.

· SUSTAIN ENGINEERING TO KEEP THE PRODUCTS CURRENT WITH TECHNOLOGY DEPENDENCIES.

· WORK WITH JAVA TECHNOLOGIES, BPM TOOLS SUCH AS PEGA PRPC, APPLICATION SERVERS SUCH AS IBM WEBSPHERE, TOMCAT, AND DATABASES SUCH AS DB2 AND ORACLE, AND PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES SUCH AS C++, JAVA.

· TRAVEL/RELOCATE TO VARIOUS UNANTICIPATED LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE U.S. TO INTERACT WITH CLIENTS AND TRAIN END USERS FOR VARIOUS SHORT AND LONG TERM ASSIGNMENTS.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· A MASTER'S DEGREEor equivalent in COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING (ANY) OR RELATED plus 2 years of experience IN THE JOB OFFERED Or related occupation as a COMPUTER SOFTWARE PROFESSIONAL. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING (ANY) OR RELATED and 5 years progressive work experience is considered the equivalent of a Master's Degree PLUS 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE by our company.
